Mobile App City Digital Agency was founded in 2011 and works with partners all over the world. We are a production company: designers, developers, marketers and project managers, already hired and already managed, working behind partners who own their own agencies. Our whole business is making our partners' businesses work.
The model
What we actually do.
We set you up with your own business so you provide technology solutions to businesses. You help them get more customers, stay ahead of the competition and run more profitably. We do all the technical work for you. Essentially we wholesale you the services and you retail them to your clients.
That model is the whole company. MAC's team of designers, developers and marketing specialists produces every app, website, AI service and campaign that partners sell, at wholesale. Partners retail at their own price, under their own brand, and keep 100% of their margin. We only make money when our partners do, which is why the training is one on one and the coaching never stops.
The story
How this started.
In 2011, mobile apps were exploding and most small businesses had no way to reach the technology. They couldn't manage developers and they couldn't build in house. The founders saw the gap early and launched Mobile App City to close it.
They came in with degrees in computer science and business, and more than 20 years of commercial experience building global professional services systems, including First Choice Business Brokers and ActionCOACH. From the first day the model ran on systems, partners and production standards.
As the market grew, so did the range: websites that convert, marketing that gets clients, automation, and AI services that lift profits. The standard for what ships has stayed where it started.
Demand has grown with it. Businesses that want more customers now expect the technology to be part of the answer.

That's the filter for everything our team produces, and the reason partners can sell it with a straight face: measurable return for the client, margin for the partner.
The founders
Two founders. Still on the tools.
Josh Foti and Richard Giannini founded Mobile App City in 2011 and still run it.
Richard has spent 30 years in franchising and has helped over 1,000 people get started in business. He built First Choice Business Brokers into a franchise from scratch, and he was General Manager and Head of Training at ActionCOACH, one of the world's largest business coaching organizations.
All of that experience went into MAC. The one on one partner training and the 2-a-Week Client System every partner receives, are built on those 30 years of putting people into business and making them successful. It shaped the model itself: MAC keeps what works about a good franchise, the proven system, the training and the ongoing support, while you own your brand, your clients and 100% of the equity, with no royalties and no territory. You pay once at the start and everything you build after that is yours.
Josh runs the other half. He came out of corporate lending, managing a team of lenders at Commonwealth Bank and Bank of Queensland, and then went out on his own and built an ATM business. The same instinct runs the production side today: work out what is coming next and get there before the market does. Josh built the production company that stands behind every partner, and he steers what MAC builds, which is why the range you sell is what clients will be asking for next year rather than what they wanted last year.
Both founders are on the one on one calls. Richard runs the first discovery sessions and the sales training. Josh takes partners through the technical side, the workflows and the quoting on larger builds. Whichever part of the business you have a question about, you are talking to an owner.

Runs the production side: the team, the workflows, the quoting on large builds, and every partner project through design, development and QA. The reason you never need to hire a developer.
